Shipping policy

We process orders within 24 hours of receipt and ship them within three business days. If an exceptional circumstance should delay our ability to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email. Unfortunately, we cannot process international orders at this time.

We ship all of our items via USPS Priority Mail. This service provides for quick delivery in 1-3 business days from the initial date of shipping.

Please take care to enter full, accurate information for your address. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address or for items that are deemed undeliverable because of partial information.

If you live in the Gallatin, Tennessee, area, we also allow free local pickup. To engage this option, please contact us directly at scentofthesunsoap@gmail.com to make your order, rather than checking out using our online shop.
